As my premier post, the season of summer is already coming in with a very hot temperature. Mind you, it's hotter than ever. Sunburns will be very common as well as cough and colds, and sored eyes. To avoid these, we need to know some preventive measures because 'prevention is better than cure.'
To protect yourself from having sunburns, use a sunblock with high SPF. Make sure also that you'll rehydrate yourself often. You need to drink water with a small amount of salt for your body's water retention - you'll be free from dehydration and it will keep your body cool.
This hotter temperature is brought to us not by a commercial products but by commercial wastes. This resulted to what is popularly known to us as GLOBAL WARMING. With global warming, there is climate change; and with climate change, our body's adaptive mechanism fails to adapt easily, then cough and colds will result. To avoid having these illnesses, have a daily intake of Ascorbic Acid or eat citrus fruits which are rich in vitamin C. Aside from that, do not forget to drink plenty of water.
It's also appropriate to use dark eye wear this season to protect yourself from having sored eyes. Be sure that your sunglasses have ultraviolent ray protection. Also, do not exhaust your eyes too much under the heat of the sun that causes eye irritation - have eye drops to lubricate your eyes.
These are only simple reminders, protect yourself to have a memorable summer. Cheers!
